First: General Terms
1. These terms and conditions apply to the initiative organized by Bab Rizq Jameel.
2. Participation must not conflict with any Islamic Sharia principles, public morals, general etiquette, or the prevailing cultural values in the Kingdom.
3. Participation must not violate any local or international rights, laws, regulations, or systems, nor should it encourage any form of violation.
4. Bab Rizq Jameel reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the initiative at its sole discretion, without providing reasons and without any obligation or compensation of any kind.
5. Bab Rizq Jameel reserves the right to change or cancel any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Therefore, participants are required to regularly check for updates, as Bab Rizq Jameel will not announce any such updates.
6. The participant must commit to completing all stages of the award with integrity and full attendance. Absence from any stage will result in disqualification.
7. Bab Rizq Jameel reserves the right to publish any information related to the award on its electronic platform and social media accounts in the manner it deems appropriate, including participants' information.
8. The final judging panel will evaluate eligible entries based on winner selection criteria and may contact shortlisted candidates if necessary.
9. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
10. Participation is limited to individuals only and does not include commercial entities or institutions.
11. Registration must be unique and innovative; duplicate entries will not be accepted.
12. Participants must submit their entries and all required documents via the designated registration link and upload files in the required formats. Submissions outside the designated link will not be accepted.
Second: Commitments
1. The participant undertakes that all provided information and data are accurate, correct, and complete. The participant acknowledges that Bab Rizq Jameel has the right to disqualify them if found otherwise, and the participant shall bear full responsibility. The participant must notify Bab Rizq Jameel of any changes to the submitted information.
2. The participant acknowledges that participation in the initiative does not imply intellectual property registration.
3. The participant undertakes to be fully honest throughout all stages of the initiative and to attend and complete all phases.
4. The participant acknowledges and agrees that Bab Rizq Jameel has the right to use and process personal data such as name, address, and phone number for purposes within the scope of the initiative. This data may also be used for identity and eligibility verification.
5. As the rights holder, the participant agrees to grant Bab Rizq Jameel the right to use, without limitation, any submitted works, research, or ideas within and outside Saudi Arabia, provided that moral rights are preserved. Bab Rizq Jameel has the right to use the submitted creative work even after the initiative ends.
6. The participant acknowledges and agrees to Bab Rizq Jameel’s right to use and publish any information related to participants, including their voice and/or video recordings, ideas, or contributions in advertising campaigns or promotional stages.
7. The participant acknowledges Bab Rizq Jameel’s right to withhold the main award from the winner and select another participant if reasons for disqualification arise, based on these terms and conditions.
8. The participant undertakes that Bab Rizq Jameel will not be held liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by human error or technical issues such as data loss, delay, deletion, or failure of telephone or computer networks or systems.
9. The participant agrees to maintain confidentiality and not misuse, disclose, or publish any documents or information related to the initiative, Bab Rizq Jameel, or its partners without prior written consent.
Third: Legal Responsibility
1. Bab Rizq Jameel is not liable for any material or moral losses or damages incurred by the participant as a result of participating in the initiative through the platform.
2. Bab Rizq Jameel is not responsible for any legal actions taken against the participant in the event of violating any laws or regulations.
3. The participant acknowledges and agrees that Bab Rizq Jameel will not bear any financial costs on their behalf for participating in the initiative. The participant will be solely responsible for any costs related to their participation or arising issues. Bab Rizq Jameel is not liable for funding the development of the participant's contribution.
4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of any dispute arising from participation, the jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Jeddah.
5. Bab Rizq Jameel disclaims all responsibility in the event of any participant violating any applicable laws or regulations in Saudi Arabia.
6. The participant must fully comply with the rules. Any violation will result in disqualification without prior notice and without any legal responsibility on Bab Rizq Jameel.
7. If the participant violates any rules applicable in Saudi Arabia, they bear full responsibility, and appropriate legal action will be taken upon discovery.
Fourth: Intellectual Property
1. All information and content submitted by the participant must be original and belong to them personally. The participant confirms that the submission does not violate any third-party intellectual property, personal rights, or privacy rights. Bab Rizq Jameel reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry and hold the participant liable for any incurred damages.
2. In case similar submissions are received from different individuals, and none can prove ownership, the entry will be canceled unless one party provides official proof of ownership.
3. Bab Rizq Jameel has the right to retain any detailed files attached to the participant’s application.
4. In the event of a dispute over intellectual property or any other matter, the participant releases Bab Rizq Jameel from any responsibility for material or moral damages resulting from the dispute. The participant bears full responsibility.
5. Bab Rizq Jameel reserves the right to use the participant’s intellectual property on its official website and has the right to use all such rights without exceptions. The participant may not revoke or withdraw these rights.
6. The participant irrevocably waives current or future intellectual property rights in favor of Bab Rizq Jameel, and acknowledges its right to use such rights across its platforms or in any other media without consulting the participant.
7. The participant unconditionally and irrevocably waives all current and future intellectual property rights resulting from their participation, including the right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display the work in any form or platform inside or outside the Kingdom, without the need for prior permission or notification.
8. The initiative is held under the name of Bab Rizq Jameel, meaning the intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by Bab Rizq Jameel. The participant fully and permanently waives all related rights without time limitation.
8. Bab Rizq Jameel reserves the right to utilize all participant intellectual property rights upon acceptance of these terms and conditions.
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions set forth in this document, and I fully accept them without reservation. My signature below represents my explicit and binding acceptance of all the aforementioned clauses.
